Create a Report

Design Object Reports

This section explains how to design Object Reports.

1. Connect to database.
2. On the main menu bar, go to Tools>Reports>Object Reports. Or, simply click [Object Reports] on the Toolbar.
3. On the Object Reports window, select a type of the report.
4. Select schema and objects.

5. Click [Design].
6. On the design editor window, design the report and save.

Object Reports Preview

This section explains Object Reports Preview.

1. Connect to database.
2. On the main menu bar, go to Tools>Reports>Object Reports. Or, simply click [Object Reports] on the Toolbar.
3. On the Object Reports window, select a report type.
4. Select schema and object.
5. Click [Preview].
6. On the Preview window, check the result.

Export Object Reports to Excel

Supports :

This section explains how to export Object Reports to Excel.

1. Connect to database.
2. On the main menu bar, go to Tools>Reports>Object Reports. Or, simply click [Object Reports] on Toolbar.
3. On the ‘Object Reports’ window, select a report type.
4. Select a schema and an object.
5. Click [Export to File], and select [Excel Table (OLE)…].
6. Setup the page and then click [Ok].
7. Check the result in Excel.

View Table Script

Supports :

This section explains how to view table script.

1. Connect to database.
2. On the main menu bar, go to Tools>Reports>Export Script. Or, click [Export Script] on the Toolbar.
3. On ‘Export Script’ window, select an object from the list.
4. Select a schema and an object.
5. On View Script tab, click [Generate Script].

6. Check the result.
7. You can copy the script to clipboard, save script, or send script to SQL Editor.

Export Table Script

This section explains how to export table scripts.

1. Connect to database.
2. On the main menu bar, go to Tools>Reports>Export Script. Or, click [Export Script] on the Tools Toolbar.

4. On the ‘Export Script’ window, select a schema and an object.
5. On View Script tab, click [Export Script].
6. Choose a folder to export script to.

7. Click [Export to File].
8. Check the result on Log window.
